Carla Preyer is a hairstylist, business owner, motivational speaker, and life coach.  Carla is the author of the book, "Finding your Inner Beauty" while embracing the change of your Butterfly Journey. 

Carla has been coaching from the beauty salon chair for over 30 years. Now, Carla is speaking to men and women beyond the confines of the salon walls.  As she modifies the time spent encouraging those that sit in the salon chair, she is now expanding to sharing the need for self-care. She focuses on how to stay healthy spiritually, mentally, and physically in the midst of adversity.

Carla is currently living out the message and the challenges of change through the world of Dementia and Alzheimer's. Carla's mission is to assist caregivers and loved ones in overcoming obstacles while honoring the mental and physical well-being for all.  To the caregiver, this is done with self-love and self-care while pursuing dreams during difficult times. 

Carla's clients learn to care for themselves first--which leaves them feeling less stressed and more empowered to handle life's adversities. Carla's belief, which is translated throughout everything she does, is that,
